This series of graphic novels begins with Kylo Ren's humble beginnings as Ben Solo.  It progresses as Ben is tempted by and ultimately falls to the dark side, eventually becoming Kylo Ren.  The series discusses the backstory of the main "villain" of the sequel trilogy, and also sheds some light on information that fans may have been curious about - especially in regards to the Knights of Ren.

In this volume, we discover the history of Koro Sensei.  This was a great volume.  We've been waiting for the back story of Koro Sensei and his motivations.  This is a turning point in the series.

Liselotte & Witch's Forest by Natsuki Takaya

Liselotte & Witch's Forest by Natsuki Takaya - 212 pages

This volume introduces Captain Erwin, whose job is to watch Liselotte from a distance for her brother the king.  It gives a little more backstory to Liselotte and the other characters which only makes you want to know more.  I'm really enjoying this series and anticipate the next volume in a few months.
