This is a quick read of solid Christian basics. It is a good foundation for leading, but not very practical. I give it three out of five stars.

Howard Behar, former President of Starbucks, gives 10 principles that guided his leadership -- and not one is about the coffee. Behar accredits these principles with the success of his company. 

For some reason, this was harder to get through than "The Starbucks Experience." If I had been reading it and not listening to it, it would have been easier to skim through.
