"hush hush" by Becca Fitzpatrick
"hush hush" by Becca Fitzpatrick, 391 pages
Seventeen year old Nora Grey lives with her mom in a regular town. Life has been pretty okay since she lost her dad years ago in an unsolved murder. She is a reporter for her school paper and enjoys hanging out with her bestfriend, Vee, when she doesn't have to traipse to therapy with her school counselor. When Patch and Elliot (two good looking guys) enroll at her school, Nora's whole world is rocked. Soon she is running from stalkers, having visions of dying, meeting angels, and solving mysteries. Her growing attraction to bad boy Patch leaves her confused. Why does he keep popping up everywhere she is and is he the one stalking her? Told in first person, this book is predictable from start to finish but enjoyable none-the-less. SPOILER WARNING: There are two ways a fallen angel can be "saved." One - they save a life and become a guardian angel. Two - a life is sacrificed and the Fallen becomes human.
