This is the first book of this author's that I read.  I really liked the plot of this book and how she handled the character's DID.  She did a great job of defining each identity's personality and every character's personality also.  All of the chaos that happens in this book kept me reading; I blazed through this book in a couple of days; I couldn't put it down.

This was a fun historical romance to read.  I like books that include humor and this author seems to add a lot of humor to her story lines.  It was obvious from the beginning what the outcome of the story would be.  The fun was in reading how exactly it would come to be.

Children of the Green Knowe by L.M. Boston -- 192 pages

Toseland or "Tolly" is going to meet and live with his grandmother who lives at Green Knowe. Gran tells Tolly about the place and the generations of history, and soon Tolly realizes that the children who died many years ago are still in the house.
This is a cleverly told ghost story of a real castle in Scotland, which is over 900 years old. Although it is a ghost story, with ghosts, it is quite sweet and gentle, not frightening at all.

Stardust of Yesterday by Lynn Kurland - 362 pages

Genevieve Buchanan has inherited a castle -- and a ghost to go with it!  Seems the ghost is out for revenge.  He wants to either drive crazy or kill off every member of the Buchanan family in retribution for bring killed and cursed by their ancestress in the 13th century.  The problem is that Genevieve isn't like all the other Buchanans.  He actually starts to like her.
This is the first ghost romance I have read in a very long time.  This one was pretty funny.  There is a lot of great banter between the characters.  A funny romance.

Lady Jain runs away in the middle of the night to try to find Castle Waiting -- a place of safety and refuge for any who finds it.  She is pregnant and gives birth shortly after finding the Castle.  The Castle has only a few people living in it -- a cook and her simple son Simon, the steward who is also a stork, three ladies-in-waiting who have retired, a blacksmith who has no emotions, and a knight who is also a horse.  There are also lots of fairies, sprites, brownies, etc.  Overall, this was a strange story that seemed to more for kids than for adults.

Princess Celie has spent the past year since her parents returned to map The Castle.  It's been adding a lot of new rooms lately - usually on Tuesdays.  So when she discovers a new tower - on a Wednesday - she really surprised.  She's even more surprised to find an egg that hatches a griffin.  It seems The Castle wants Celie to care for the griffin without letting anyone else know about it.  Meanwhile, The Castle is continuing to add new rooms at an alarming rate.  What could possibly be wrong with The Castle?
This is the second book in the series after Tuesdays at the Castle.  It went in a completely different direction than the first book - sharing the history of The Castle and their lands.  I'm definitely looking forward to the next book.

The Castle Corona by Sharon Creech

The Castle Corona by Sharon Creech - 320 pages

This is the story of a king who wants to nap, a queen who wants to be alone, a prince who wants to be a poet, a princess who wants to do something, another prince who wants to fight duels, two children who want to find their family, and a hermit who imparts wisdom if you can figure out what he is saying. 
I didn't really care for this book.  I thought the writing was slow and plodding.  It was also obvious where the book was going from the beginning.
