When the long walk from Seattle to Key West finally nears an end, Alan Christoffersen must return to the west and face yet another crisis just as he has begun to heal from so much loss.
This is the 5th and last book in this series. When I started this series, I didn't know if I would like it, but I quickly became a huge fan and couldn't get the next book quick enough. This concludes his walk across America, but first he must deal with more heartache and a pause in his walk. When he finally reaches his goal, the ending is very touching and worth the wait!
