The Grace of Enough

The Grace of Enough by Haley Stewart 192 pages

Haley Stewart and her husband were tired of living in the rat race of working more and more and feeling like they were truly living less and less. Was this it? That was when they decided to leave their job, sell their house, and take an internship on a working farm for a year. Even though it was a significant pay cut, their new apartment was only 650 square feet for a family of three, and they didn't even have a flushing toilet, they were way happier. This book dives into topics about our consumer society we live in today, how we are "better off" than we have ever been, but also a lot less happy than we have been in the past.

I loved this book and would recommend to everyone who ever deals with wanting more and finds it isn't bringing lasting happiness.
