Living the Good Long Life by Martha Stewart, 400 pages
Martha Stewart writes this very practical guide on growing older and making smart choices. She did have help writing this book. She opened the Martha Stewart Center for Living at Mount Sinai Hospital in 2007. Doctors from Mount Sinai assisted her with writing some of the medical portion of this book. I have read many of Martha's books and usually enjoy the colorful pictures in her books. This book came up a little short in my opinion on colorful pictures. She begins this book with many tips for healthy eating and exercise, and tips for stimulating the brain. She also gives tips for being prepared to care for yourself later in life. In the future, I will stick to Martha's craft and recipe books and her magazine.
