This is a companion book to the Wallflower series.  It's a Christmas romance for Wallflowers Lillian and Daisy's brother, Rafe Bowman.  Rafe has traveled to England to court Lady Natalie.  If he marries her, his father will give him control of his business in England.  The only problem is that Rafe keeps getting distracted by Lady Natalie's companion Hannah.
This was a short romance that featured all of the original Wallflowers and their husbands as well as much of the Bowman family.  This was a fun return to the characters and their world.  Kleypas does much better with her full-length novels than she does with this short romance.

Charlotte Marks has been the paid companion and tutor to the younger Hathaway sisters for two years.  In that time, she has argued constantly with their older brother Leo.  Turns out that arguing is covering up some very intense feelings for each other.  However, she has a secret in her past that if it came out would ruin her.  She has no choice to run away when someone recognizes her from her previous life.  Leo, however, doesn't feel the same way and chases after her.
This was a fun, quick historical romance to read.  I enjoyed the characters and the story.  I'm looking forward to going back and reading the rest of the series from the beginning.

Elenora is desperate for a new job when she goes to her agency.  Luckily for her she meets Earl Arthur St. Merryn there who hires her on the spot.  However, it is not for the typical companion position.  Instead he wants her to pretend to be his fiancee while he conducts a private investigation into the murder of his uncle.
I thought I had read all of the Amanda Quick books that JCL has in its collection.  Somehow I missed this one.  It's a quick, fun historical romance.
