Art Before Breakfast: A Zillion Ways to be More Creative No Matter How Busy You Are by Danny Gregory, 160 pages
Art Before Breakfast is a very humorous, if yet effective way to motivate people to create art everyday. It starts with just 15 minutes at breakfast and starts with such basic lessons as sketching your plate setting and then your food. His tips are very helpful for the most novice artist. What a neat idea and very inspiring for those of us who just sit at the table with only a spoon in our hands.

Fortunately the Milk by Neil Gaiman
Fortunately the Milk by Neil Gaiman, 128 pages
Who would have thought that going to the corner grocery store for some milk would entail traveling in a time machine, exploding volcanoes, angry natives, talking dinosaurs, space police, snotty green aliens, piranhas, pirates and wumpires! ---Or so the two children hear from their father as he gives the explanation of why it took him so long to bring home milk for their breakfast cereal. A very funny story with great illustrations and an even greater imagination.
