The Ride of a Lifetime by Robert Iger

The Ride of a Lifetime by Robert Iger, 246 pages

This was a really good book about Robert Iger, the CEO of Walt Disney.  The book details his childhood, his time at ABC, and his climb to the top at Disney.  His book is very inspiring.  He lives his life with optimism, courage, focus, decisiveness, curiosity, fairness, thoughtfulness, and integrity.

Where is Walt Disney World?  by Joan Holub, 108 pages

This is a juvenile nonfiction book, but it is really for readers of all ages.  The book contains the entire history of Walt Disney World and covers the history of each of the parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom.  The book also covers new attractions and hidden mickeys.  It is also includes how the different parks were built and behind the scenes of the daily operation of Disney World.

Who Was Walt Disney? by Whitney Stewart

Who Was Walt Disney?  by Whitney Stewart, 106 pages

Who Was Walt Disney? is a very good book for children as well as adults if they are a fan of anything Disney.  This was a very interesting read about Walt's life. It includes the history of Disney films, Disneyland, Disney World and Epcot, as well as Walt's personal life.  I especially liked the timeline in the back of the book.
