Bringer of Storms by L.B. Graham -- 510 pages
Seventeen years after the tragedy that ended "Beyond the Summerland," Aljeron is still pursuing vengeance and justice, but another war, greater and more terrible, is brewing from the Mountain itself.
Malak's armies are ready, his plans are unfolding, and his assurance of victory lies in his weapon and greatest ally, Cheymontyr, the Bringer of Storms.
This is book 2 of The Binding of the Blade series.

Beyond the Summerland by L.B. Graham
Beyond the Summerland by L.B. Graham -- 593 pages
Every seven years, Novaana between the ages of 18 and 25 go to Sulare, the Summerland, to train together and form bonds of friendship that will last lifetimes.
But this time, Joraiem and the other young Novaana encounter evidence that Malak is stirring, anxious to disrupt their months in Sulare.
This is book 1 of The Binding of the Blade series. While this may be the slowest moving of the books, I believe it is my favorite. The characters are lovable and as the series continues we will watch them all (okay, almost all) change and grow in many different ways.
