A Wedding In Maine by Jen McLaughlin, 155 pages
A Wedding In Maine is a part of James Patterson's new book series, Bookshots Flames, that are quick little romances to read in an hour or two. This particular one is Book 2 in the McCullagh Inn Series. Chelsea O'Kane is ready to marry Jeremy Holland in the Inn they built together. Until secrets from the past are about to be revealed that could ruin their happy ending.

The McCullagh Inn In Maine by Jen McLaughlin
The McCullagh Inn In Maine by Jen McLaughlin, 137 pages
This was the third James Patterson's Bookshots Flames I read. I purchased each one for about $3.50 new at WalMart. so I would say it is a good value. James Patterson's Bookshots are very quick reads, which are nice if you are going on a trip and need a quick beach read or light book to carry in your purse.
The McCullagh Inn In Maine almost read more like a thriller or suspense novel than a romance novel. I liked the fact that not only was there a romance blooming, there was a also a suspenseful mystery as well.

Learning To Ride by Erin Knightley
Learning to Ride by Erin Knightley, 128 pages
Learning To Ride is another one of James Patterson's Bookshots Flames (in other words, a very short romance novel). Although, these Bookshots are engaging reads, they almost read too short. It only takes about an hour to read one of these Bookshots.
In Learning To Ride, Madeline Harper finds herself temporarily in Texas while managing a corporate takeover. But things get complicated when Madeline meets local rodeo star Tanner Callen. Can Madeline tame the bachelor enough to settle down or will she return to New York with a broken heart?
