Opinion: This is an early chapter book for kids. There are sentences and pictures on every page. The art style and story mimic a video game. So it may be appealing to kids who play video games such as Super Mario Bros or Minecraft. I really liked that you get to see the player of the game and their reactions. And that sometimes you lose the game, which gave the story with some stake.
