Built to Move, Starrett and Starrett | 336 pages

The human body was meant to move - to walk, to carry, to bend. And yet, in the modern world we spend the bulk of our time sitting in front of screens. The result is aches and pains for most of us.

I liked what this book offers: 10 simple "tests" to see how mobile your body is, then steps to improve from that baseline. The best part is the majority of the suggestions are very doable in my real life, added to the margins around everything else. It isn't saying you need to add hours of exercise every day - just a few movements here and there. I incorporated some over the weekend and my upper back feels better already!
