When Gabe was touring in Iraq, Sara's letters were a sense of joy for him. He began to really fall for her. Although, when he came home and asked to meet her, she said no. Now she has shown up at his isolated cabin in Alaska.
To Sara, Gabe was everything she wanted but feels she doesn't deserve. Sara may have stretched the truth about herself in her letters but she knows she wants to be with Gabe.
When they meet, Gabe asks her to stay for six weeks to find out if they are truly compatible or not.
