An introverted high school boy discovers the secret of popular classmate Sakura. She is dying of pancreatic cancer. They slowly become friends as he is the only one outside of her family to know her secret.
I really liked this manga. The relationship between the two friends is interesting. The character growth of the boy is believable. I would highly recommend this to fans of realistic manga stories.
