Little Fires Everywhere
Author: Celeste Ng
352 Pages
This book is being promoted everywhere stating that it’s wonderful and thought
provoking and all things good. The first page caught my attention quickly and
the following few pages intrigued me. But then it went to backstory that wasn’t
overly interesting or thought provoking. I didn’t feel like the author made any of the
characters that interesting and I never really felt connected to any of that.. The book
never seemed to go beneath the surface layer of what was going on in the story and
never really made me think beyond the page. Because I only recommend books
that I truly enjoy, I wouldn’t recommend the book to friends.
