I really enjoyed the Magic Tree House books as a kid, so I am going to read several for this month's challenge (Juvenile and Easy Books). I decided to start with this one and I actually read the new edition, but the only thing different is the cover. I like that these books teach kids history in an exciting, fun way. They are still fun to read, although not quite as fun as when I was a kid. In this one, Jack and Annie go back to Ancient Egypt and aid the ghost/mummy of an Egyptian queen in crossing through the underworld and entering the afterlife.
