This is the 16th book in the Weird School series by Dan Gutman. In this book, we meet Ms. Coco. She is the teacher that runs the gifted program at Ella Mentry School. The month of April has been designated as National Poetry Month and Mr. Klutz, the Principal, challenges the students to write 1000 poems. AJ is naturally gifted writing poetry so he decides to turn this month (which he hates so much) into a money-making opportunity by selling his poems to students that haven't written any. The light-hearted story made me laugh at the ways AJ tries to get out of writing poetry, only to find out that he is actually really good at it.
