In this chapter book, Junie B. is a kindergartener. She finds out her Aunt Flo is getting married and after talking with her friends, Lucille and Grace, she decides that she is going to be the Flower Girl. She calls her Aunt Flo and informs her that she is going to be the flower girl, only to be disappointed because another girl has already been asked. Aunt Flo decides to make Junie B. an alternate flower girl. Junie B. tries really hard to act all grown up but just can't hold herself together when the other flower girl walks down the aisle. Julie B. attempts to wrestle the basket of flower petals out of the other girls' hand. This is another funny read by Barbara Park.
