Noah has spent most of his life in a treatment center for kids with the Peter Pan virus. He has no chance of living to become an adult. He'll stay in the boarding school / treatment center until he gets too sick and they take him away.
This book is a true tearjerker. I'm surprised how much I started to care about these poor teens and how heartwrenching it was reading about their incredibly lonely existences.
