Ceony Twill is a smart and hard-working apprentice magician who has found out that she doesn't get to practice the magic she's always hoped to. Little does she know that being thrown into the hands of Thane, a Master Paper Magician, that her life is about to be turned upside down.
This book was a great read, and very fast. There's not a lot of "frill." You don't get much besides the one story line and dramatic episode that happens. However, I will be reading the next in the trilogy.
