The Year of the Flood, by Margaret Atwood, 431 pages

The Year of the Flood, by Margaret Atwood, 431 pages

This is book 2 of the Maddaddam trilogy.  I listened to it a couple of years ago without knowing it was a book 2- now that I've read the first one (Oryx & Crake), I read this again and I'll just say that it makes more sense.  In this post-apocalyptic future, a "waterless flood" has killed off most of the population, and the survivors include former peaceful protesters as well as dangerously violent former criminals.  I'm looking forward to the final book in the trilogy!
