Slim for LIfe by Jillian Michaels
In her latest book, Jillian gives tips for making healthier lifestyle changes by just making simple changes in your everyday life. For example, one simple rule is to clean out your pantry and get rid of the junk food. Another simple rule, is to just keep moving. Even fidgeting counts as movement. She assigns points to her suggested changes. Points 1-3 are assigned with 3 being a more important tip to follow. But, everything in her book is obvious things we can change to be healthier. Now, if we only we could make ourselves follow her rules, we would all be a lot healthier.
