Rachel returns to Rainshadow Island after losing her latest job. She has to face the facts that she just isn't cut out to live in the regular world - especially since she lost an entire night a year ago in the Preserve on the island. Now Harry has been sent to investigate the problems going on in the Preserve and he decides that Rachel is the person he needs to help him.
This is the second Rainshadow Novel by Castle. It is also connected to her latest books under the names Jayne Ann Krentz and Amanda Quick. It was a quick, fun read. I'm looking forward to see how she's going to tie all the books together in the end.
