Narumi, Kei, and Ochiai make up the Scissor Club - a group dedicated to making over ugly girls into pretty girls who can then get any guy they want. Narumi is determined that he is going to be the best hairstylest in all of Japan. However, there is a new person on the scene making over those girls that Narumi turns down. Kiri secretly does her "magic" to make girls pretty for whatever reason they have. Now its a battle before the school to see who really is the best.
I found the premise of this manga hilarious. I can't think of a high school club of boys dedicated to giving makeovers to girls - hair, makeup, and manicures. However, it was a fun book to read. I might try to find some more of the series to read.
