Lizard has just finished going to the bathroom when he discovers there is no toilet paper. Luckily there is a pair of cut up underwear that he can use and discard. Fortunately, his conscience gets the better of him because the weren't underwear thrown out by someone else - but instead were still being used.
I thought this was hilarious. A completely different take on being respectful of others' property.
