Oh boy. I wanted a sweet Christmas story, but this one was too sweet for me. I give it two out of five stars. In Macomber's defense, I rarely read these kinds of books, and don't like them very much.

Not my usual genre, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Perfect for a weekend or vacation read. I give it four out of five stars.

Bookshop by the Sea by Denise Hunter

The book is pretty well written and does a nice job weaving the messiness of interpersonal relationships with the romance. And I would love to open a bookshop by the sea! I give it three out of five stars.
