I think this was the weakest of the series. I hope Riggs isn't running out of ideas! I'm so invested now that I expect a strong conclusion.

For some reason I thought this was the last in the series, so I kept waiting for everything to come to a conclusion.  Unfortunately that lessened my enjoyment of this excellent book.  The story continues to entertain with added elements and interesting characters.  I gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
