A tormented childhood, a dream come true, a murder on a secluded Greek island.  Sounds good doesn't it? I kept reading, hoping it would get better.  Sadly it did not.  Way too much back and forth between time lines.  A slight twist at the end which does make one wonder!  I give it two out of five stars.

I am a huge fan of all things Harry Potter, so when I heard this was coming out I immediately wanted to read it. Felton is open and brutally honest in this memoir. I enjoyed the stories from his childhood and from his years on set filming Harry Potter. I learned quite a bit about life and routine on set, especially for children. Felton shares about his triumphs and his struggles, including seeking help in rehab for substance abuse. This was a really good read and I give it four out of five stars.

Charlie Chaplin is famous for being one of the country's first film stars of the 20th century.  Of course, when he began filmmaking, there was no sound in movies.  Charlie Chaplin was the star of the silent movie era.  His most famous character was the Tramp.  I barely remember watching any of his movies and even wonder if today's generation even knows about silent pictures.  This is a great book for both adults and children.

Robert Wagner has written other books but this book is his personal memories of some of Hollywood's most legendary actresses.  You might remember Robert Wagner from the 60's TV show It Takes A Thief and the 1980s TV show Hart to Hart. But, before he stared in television shows, he did star in some earlier movies with some very famous leading ladies.  He writes about his personal interactions with these stars and even earlier stars when he had dated their daughters.  He divides his book by decades, the 30's through the 80's.  He writes about Joan Crawford, Bette Davis, Marilyn Monroe, and Glenn Close.  He also writes about his two famous wives the legendary Natalie Wood and his current wife, Jill St. John.
