Victories by Mercedes Lackey

Victories by Mercedes Lackey - 255 pages
A Shadow Grail Novel #4

Spirit, Loch, Burke and Addie have escaped from Oakhurst Academy.  Now they must figure out a battle plan to fight Mordred and his plan to annihilate the world through nuclear war.

This is the final volume in the Shadow Grail series.  While I really liked the first three books, I did not think this final book lived up to the others.  It was too rushed.  Everything happened way too conveniently for the good guys.

Sacrifices by Mercedes Lackey & Rosemary Edghill

Sacrifices by Mercedes Lackey & Rosemary Edghill - 300 pages
A Shadow Grail Novel - book 3

It appears as if the evil forces attacking Oakhurst Academy have been repelled by the students and Breakthrough Adventure Systems company run by former school alumni.  However, the attacks continue against the school, students and teachers are disappearing at an alarming rate, and now the nearby town is being drawn into the battle.
This is the third book in the Shadow Grail series.  I believe it is the best book so far.  The true villains are finally revealed after much suspicion and the other students are finally waking up to the danger they are in.  I'm eager to read the final book in the series.

Conspiracies by Mercedes Lackey & Rosemary Edghill

Conspiracies by Mercedes Lackey & Rosemary Edghill - 342 pages
A Shadow Grail Novel - book 2

Spirit and her friends have defeated the evil that was killing students at Oakhurst Academy so they should be safe.  However, the school is under attack.  Debilitating attacks of fear descend on the students.  For the students safety several alumnus come back to the school.  Supposedly they are there for their protection, but are the?
This is the second book in the series.  The cast of characters is slowly expanding although the focus is still on the five main friends.  Also, the Arthurian mythology is finally appearing in the story.
