Taste the World series

Taste the World! series by World Book (8 books) - 48 pages each

I put these books on hold to look and see if they had any good recipes for the Book and Cook classes.  They are actually more of history and informational books than cookbooks.  Each book only contains maybe 5-6 recipes in it.  Still, they were interesting to read.  I liked the information on how the food is used around the world.

Books in the series --
Chocolate, Sugar, Garlic, Salt and Pepper, Potato, Tomato, Corn, Rice
