Secrets of AnnieLee's past are very slowly revealed through the story as she becomes an up-and-coming country music superstar, thanks to Ethan and Ruthanna. Will the secrets of AnnieLee's past get in the way of her rising stardom? Who is AnnieLee really? This is a somewhat suspenseful read, but it's a bit slow until the very end. I liked it, but would give it 3 out of 5 stars.

A young musician running from her past is just trying to make it in Nashville.  Gratefully she meets a few wonderful people along the way who not only protect her but also give her a chance to make it big as a musician.  I found myself rooting for her and had a hard time putting it down! I recommend it.
