I may have read this when I was young, but I wanted to read it again for this month's challenge. This book, as in many of Dr. Seuss's books, teaches a valuable lesson. The reader (hopefully) learns that Christmas is about more than just presents. It's about spending time with family and being kind and charitable, which I think should be one's mindset always.
