The Santangelos by Jackie Collins

The Santangelos
by Jackie Collins
535 pages

Jackie Collins's story of Lucky Santangelo began with the book "Chances" written in 1981. It introduced one of her best-known characters, Lucky Santangelo, the "dangerously beautitul" daughter of a gangster. Eight more books about Lucky were written between 1985-2015 and are listed below.

Santangelo novels

She wrote 32 novels, all of which appeared on The New York Times bestsellers list. In total, her books have sold over 500 million copies and have been translated into 40 languages. Eight of her novels have been adapted for the screen, either as films or television mini-series. Sadly Ms. Collins passed away on September 19, 2015 of breast cancer, two weeks before her 78th birthday. She had been diagnosed with stage four breast cancer more than six years before her death, but kept her illness almose entirely to herself.

I will miss reading and listening to her stories.

A word of warning, these stories have strong language that might offend some readers/listeners.
