  Helen is very blunt about what she has to say.  Everything is discussed from mammograms, husbands, kids, plastic surgery, poker, along with many other topics! 

A reunion with lifelong friends to a theater full of women and a psychic will have you crying, laughing out loud, and  sometime asking yourself... "Did she really just say that" while you chuckle to yourself.  

I would say this book is for middle aged women that are not afraid of some in-your-face topics.

Now that I am sequestered at home, I am so glad that I read this.  It is simply written with some great tips.  The pictures are beautiful and helpful.  Now I can't wait until I can purchase some of the plants and shrubs that they recommend.  To all you gardeners out there ready to dig in and get those hands dirty, I highly recommend this book.
