This is the last in the series, so I savored every sentence. The characters are so real to me that I will miss them. Sigh. I give it five out of five stars, which is partly influenced by my love for the series. If you decide to dive into them, reading in order is best.

Another solid installment in the series. I love these characters! I give it four out of five stars.

I enjoyed this installment of the series. The author (and the reader of the audiobooks) are excellent at bringing these characters to life. I give it three and a half stars out of five.

Good book! I really enjoyed this installment in the series. I give it four out of five stars.

Another good installment in the series, but not Davidson's best, imho. I thought there were too many new characters and not enough time to develop them. Still, this is one of my favorite series in the cozy mystery genre. I give it three out of five stars.

I love these characters; this is my "comfort reading." I think this one may be my least favorite, though. It didn't seem to flow for me, and some of the action seemed out of character. I give it three out of five stars.

Davidson is my favorite cozy mystery author and this tale did not disappoint. It's a great, seriously-comical, murder mystery adventure. I gave it four out of five stars. This series is best read in order, but they are definitely worth reading any way you can.

I think Ms. Davidson wrote this in a hurry.  It doesn't have the flow and character descriptions of the others in the series.  Still, I'm glad I read it as it filled in some gaps in my knowledge of Goldy's story.

I've read several in this series, but skipped around and missed a few.  Davidson may be my favorite author of the cozy mystery genre, and I love these characters.  Happy sigh.

Another well-told cozy mystery.  This may be my favorite genre because I enjoy a protagonist with a career outside of crime investigation. And the recipes look great!  I need to try one soon.

I love these characters and hadn't read one in this series in a long time.  The plot had a few problems, but I so enjoyed visiting Goldy's world again that it didn't spoil the experience for me.  Don't read this one first, though, or you might decide not to read the others.  Then you would miss out on some fun cozy mysteries.
