I picked up this book to read as it fits the month's reading challenge.  It is also about one of my favorite cartoons ever -- Scooby Doo! 

While the book was interesting, you could definitely tell the story was simplified for children.  In fact, I think it oversimplified many aspects.  Also, while I enjoyed the inserted pages about added information (i.e. Daytime Emmys, voice actor biographies, etc.), it did break the story up.
