Arthur Writes A Story by Marc Brown

Arthur Writes A Story by Marc Brown, 36 pages

Arthur's teacher, Mr. Ratburn, gives the class an assignment to write about something important to them.  Arthur wants to write about his dog, Pal.  His friends think that is boring.  So, where else would Arthur go to research something else to write about, the library!  At the library, Arthur finds all sorts of stuff to put in his story. Then, one of his friends suggests he puts it to music.  So, that is what he does. When the class doesn't like his song and dance, Arthur reverts back to his original story, which the class loves!
