If we got to know Hetta in book 1, this book was for us to get to know Wyn even better. Hearing more about his life, upbringings, and why he is like he is, makes us understand just that much better how he fits in Stariel and more importantly, why he belongs with Hetta. I enjoyed this second book in the series as much as the first and am glad I don't have to wait for more!
