This book is part memoir regarding Carrie Underwood's fitness journey. The other part shares Carrie's workout routine (what she does to get her famous legs) and some of her favorite meals.I really like Carrie Underwood and this book was alright for what it is. One I am thankful I can check out at a library and return when I am finished.
