Rory Yates is a Texas Ranger who is well known for being a hero. Detective Ariana Delgado believes something suspicious is happening in her small town of Rio Lobo. A local council woman died in what was deemed as accidental but Delgado believes it could have been murder. She sends for Rory to help with the investigation before more people in the town die.
