A Forgotten Murder by Jude Deveraux

A Forgotten Murder by Jude Deveraux

This is the 3rd in Jude Deveraux's (Medlar Mysteries).
Again Sarah, Kate, and Jack are involved in trying to solve a mystery, and Kate and Jack's romantic feelings continue to grow. Old friends gather at a country estate in England to solve a twenty-five year old mystery.  But the festive murder-mystery weekend takes a dangerous turn when the remains of someone who'd been thought to have run off have been found and the victim has clearly met with foul play.
I have read all three of Jude's Medlar Mysteries now, and I have to say this one was the hardest for me to get into.  There is a lot of flash backs in this story and a lot of characters, but I stuck with it and decided to both read the book and listen to the audio.  Listening to the audio was a huge plus.  The English accents of certain characters helped to draw me into the setting.  This novel seems to really get going after the middle of the story.  Stick with it and you will not want to put it down.
