I loved this book. I could go as far as saying life changing? I already knew my cell phone usage was bad, and I knew I needed to do something about it. This book just proved me right and then some. Our cell phone usage is literally rewiring our brains and not for the better. I recommend this to everyone who has ever thought. "I really need to spend less time on my phone."
