The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin, 315 pages
I purchased this book years ago always waiting for a perfect time to read it. Well, now was the time. I thought the book was going to be a general month by month guide to be happier. But, what I found was a very inspiring book on how the author achieved happiness in a year in twelve areas of her life. For example, in January she found more energy and in February, she stopped nagging her husband. This is a very self motivating book!
