This is an interesting book/story of a confirmed bachelor who meets the perfect lady. Knight Winthrop was introduced to the story line from a previous book Night Fire. He swears he will not marry until the age of forty and only to beget an heir. He ends up a stepfather of 3 and married to the perfect bride. Ms. Coulter is witty and keeps her audience wanting more. Next book in this series is Night Storm. I am anxious to read this last book to see how Ms. Coulter puts them altogether.
