This is the first of two novels (at least so far) immediately following the events of the Veronica Mars Movie based on the TV series of the same name. In this mystery, two college girls go missing in Neptune on spring break in what seem to be related circumstances. However, things are not exactly as they seem as Veronica unfolds the mystery surrounding each disappearance. I enjoyed reading this novel nearly as much as I enjoyed watching the show and movie. I'm a Veronica Mars fan, so I wanted to read the novels. Overall, I was not disappointed.
