Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways To Love Your Body by Kate Hudson, 235 pages

Kate Hudson is such a beautiful person, I could not help but want to read what her beauty and health secrets were.  She bases her life on her drawing board which gives her inspiration.  What I like about this book is she has questionnaires you complete to determine what body type you are and at what exercise level you are at.  Kate's rules are simple and easy to follow. She writes a good book on having both a healthy mind and body and that is why she is "Pretty Happy."   The book did have some great lists on what foods are good to eat and what foods are bad to eat.
