Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman, actors, best friends, and motorcycle enthusiasts, decide to ride their motorcycles from London to New York. Encountering dangerous roads, curious locals, and homesickness, the two best friends narrate their trials and tribulations on the road, including several stops at various UNICEF organizations. The journey was also filmed by a cameraman and compiled into a documentary of the same name.
