While this book has been challenged several times and many parents don't like it, my 3 year old loves it. We read it weekly.
It's science, you see. Biology. Nature. We all eat, whether we are humans, birds, cats or camels. That food has to go somewhere once digested!
Does have drawings of children sitting on a potty chair and one with a muddy diaper opened up. But I found nothing vulgar at all.
